4. I understand itinerary details, accommodations, activities, and schedules may shift due to weather, safety, vendor changes, or circumstances beyond organizer control.

6. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation of my reservation without refund.
7. I release the organizers from liability related to personal injury, travel delays, lost baggage, illness, or events outside their control.

I understand activities may include walking tours, transportation, cultural excursions, hiking, camel rides, and physical movement.

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate or will seek medical advice beforehand.

I release Untamed Retreat, hosts, team members, partners, and vendors from claims related to injury, illness, delays, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

I also grant permission for photos/videos captured during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes unless I request otherwise in writing before the retreat.

No Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of live retreat planning, accommodations, vendor reservations, and limited capacity, all purchases are final.

1. No refunds will be issued for deposits, payment plans, or paid-in-full purchases.
2. No chargebacks will be honored.
3. Missed payments do not cancel your agreement.
4. If you are unable to attend, your purchase remains non-refundable.
5. In the rare event the retreat is canceled by organizers, participants will receive details regarding rescheduling or available credit options at organizer discretion.
